Grounded Guidance

I bring together executive experience, coaching, intuition, and real-world perspective to help people find clarity, strengthen alignment, and move forward with purpose.

About Me

I spent more than 30 years in technology and leadership, including executive roles where I was responsible for people, strategy, security, decisions, pressure, and outcomes. That experience taught me that much of life is shaped not only by skill, but by identity, confidence, communication, self-trust, and the unseen patterns people carry into every room.

After years of leading from the outside in, my own life began asking for something deeper. Leaving behind the traditional CIO path and building a new life in the Canary Islands became part of my own journey back to alignment — not proving my worth through achievement, but learning to live from the truth that worth was already there.

Cognitive Influence and AIM grew from that intersection: executive experience, personal transformation, intuitive coaching, and practical tools that can be used in real life. I created this work to help people move beyond old stories, uncover what may be holding them back, and reconnect with the identity, clarity, and confidence already waiting within them.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical. This is not about fixing something or someone who is broken. It is about helping a person see themselves more clearly, reconnect with their inherent worth, and learn how to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, peace, and purpose.

Cognitive Influence Device

The Cognitive Influence Trainer began as a simple question: what happens when calm intention, focused attention, and measurable feedback meet in the same space?

Built as a physical practice tool, the trainer uses randomized outcomes across several modes to help users explore subtle states of focus, calm, intuition, and timing. The purpose is not competition, prediction, or proving something to anyone else. The purpose is practice. By keeping score over time, users can begin to notice patterns: when they are centered, when they are forcing, when they are distracted, and when their inner state seems to align more naturally with the outcome in front of them.

The original prototype is housed in a hand-carved antique wood enclosure, made from wood dating back more than 200 years. That matters to me. The tool is technical at its core, but it was never meant to feel sterile. It is a bridge between engineering and intuition, structure and spirit, measurement and mystery.

Like AIM itself, the trainer is built around awareness first. Before we can influence anything outside of ourselves, we begin by noticing what is happening within.

• Rainbow

Rainbow invites the user into a calm, visual, color-based practice. The mode is designed to help explore whether focus, ease, and internal steadiness can begin to influence a simple randomized pattern over time. The value is not in a single round, but in observing trends across repeated practice. When the mind relaxes and the body stops gripping the outcome, something interesting begins to happen.

• Kairós

Kairós is about timing — not clock time, but the felt sense of the right moment. This mode helps users practice presence, patience, and decisive action without force. It is a reminder that influence is not always about pushing harder; sometimes it is about learning when to act, when to wait, and when the moment itself feels aligned.

• Intuition

Intuition is a quieter mode, designed around inner sensing rather than analysis. It asks the user to pause, feel, choose, and then observe. The benefit is not simply whether a selection is “right” or “wrong,” but what the user learns about the difference between impulse, guessing, overthinking, and genuine inner signal. It becomes a practice in listening beneath the noise.
